1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Tuhfatul Muslim mobile application, website, or associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Intended Purpose & Sacred Nature

Tuhfatul Muslim is created to facilitate personal Islamic education, prayer regularity, and spiritual mindfulness. Users are expected to respect the sacred nature of the religious texts, translations, and supplications contained within the application.

3. Accuracy of Prayer Times & Calculations

Prayer times and Qibla bearings are calculated using established astronomical and mathematical algorithms (such as Umm Al-Qura, Muslim World League, and ISNA conventions). While we strive for absolute precision, local atmospheric conditions, elevations, and device sensor calibrations may produce slight variations. Believers are encouraged to verify critical timings with their local mosques.

4. Religious Texts & Translations

The Arabic text of the Holy Quran is preserved with the highest fidelity. Translations, transliterations, and commentary provided are scholarly efforts and are subject to the inherent limitations of human language. They do not substitute for formal study under qualified Islamic scholars.

5. Intellectual Property & License

The Tuhfatul Muslim name, logo, custom user interface designs, illustrations, and proprietary software code are protected by intellectual property laws. Classical Islamic texts and public domain hadith collections remain the collective heritage of the Muslim Ummah.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tuhfatul Muslim is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Under no circumstances will Tuhfatul Muslim or its developers be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time to reflect software updates, legal requirements, or community standards. Continued use of the service following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
